Great location near the beach and shops, with a grass area for picnics. Room had storage, kettle and tea facilities. Slightly obstructed sea view, but still nice. Parking challenging, but other options available. enjoyable stay, would return. Thank you.

The hotel was conveniently located near the seafront, just a short walk from the bus station. Everything we needed in Brighton was within easy reach. The room was lovely and comfortable, with cute toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was tidied every day.
There was no free parking available and finding paid parking spots was quite challenging, making it expensive to stay at the hotel.
